From June 19 to 22, MVTec exhibited at automatica 2018 in Munich, Germany. Visitors to our booth could learn how machine vision can be used to optimize processes in automation and robotics. Live demonstrations such as the "Deep Learning Candy Shop", in which a robot picked candies out of a bowl and had them classified by HALCON's Deep Learning, as well as our MERLIC 4 preview demonstration featuring parallel processing, attracted a large audience.
